All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking updates can take 1–3 days to become active after a label is created.

We currently ship worldwide. If you don't see shipping options for your country at checkout, please contact us at support@hearthandglow.net and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your order.

Occasionally, high demand or customs processing can extend delivery times beyond the estimate above. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us and we'll track it down for you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or customs delays outside our control.
